Here’s how it works:
1. Fill out our Form
Start here and a Triangle Nanny team member will be in touch soon. We’ll schedule an intro call to find out more and to see if our agency and your needs are the right fit.
2. Meet the Team
Let’s meet! We’ll get to know your family and you’ll get to know us, over Zoom. We’d love to meet your children, see the household, say hi to the pets, and talk about how we can work together. There will be plenty of time to drill us with questions. We want everyone on the same page as we start our search.
3. The Search Begins
We’ll write a candid ad that spells out your needs and introduces your family to our nannies. We capture the spirit of your home so that the right nannies show up like magic! We’ll identify highly-qualified & vetted candidates who align with your family’s values and lifestyle, and you’ll start receiving candidate portfolios to review. Many of our nannies have been with us for years and are looking for their next great family.
4. Interviews and Offer
We’ll schedule interviews with your top nannies and help submit an offer when you’re ready. Most families do a virtual first interview followed by a more extensive in-person meeting. We will walk you through the contract negotiations and celebrate with you when you find your fit. Then, we will stay with you for onboarding and check-ins. Remember, you’ll have access to unlimited backup care and a one-year replacement policy.
