Our On-Demand Nanny Subscription offers families the convenience of accessing a network of thoroughly vetted backup caregivers. The annual or monthly membership fee grants this access, while caregiver services are compensated separately at an hourly rate.

Our Backup Care Package
$350/year + daily referral fees

A referral fee of $40 per caregiver, per day is paid to the agency for each booking. Compensation for care is arranged directly between the family and the caregiver.
You'll always receive a transparent quote in advance of scheduling.

Caregivers are thoroughly screened, including background checks and reference verification. This is our 'A Team' and many of these backup care providers have been in our own CEO's home.
A Personalized Touch
Our team is on call until 8 PM on weekdays and until 7 PM on Saturdays to assist with urgent or last-minute needs.
Requests submitted outside regular business hours may incur a higher booking fee.
Direct Payment to Caregivers
Families pay caregivers directly at a rate of $25-30/hour, ensuring transparency and straightforward transactions.

Sick Care Policy
As parents- we know better than anyone that life doesn't stop when our children get sick. The first 2 years of a child's life is FULL of germs. It's highly likely you're reading our website because your child is home sick from preschool right now. Worry not- we get it.
Our caregivers are committed to providing reliable care whenever possible, even when a child is under the weather.
To protect the health of our wonderful nannies and the other families they serve, we limit exclusions to only the most highly contagious or severe illnesses.
Transparency Requirement
Families must disclose any illness, symptoms, or recent contagious diagnoses in the home at the time of booking. This includes illness in children, household members, or others who regularly share the home environment.
Failure to disclose illness before booking may result in: Immediate cancellation without refund, and/or
Termination of your service agreement.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for both our caregivers and the families we serve. As a final note: we represent the most brilliant humans in this area and plenty of individuals have pulled a fast one on us in this space. Our nannies are great at alerting us to any potential breaches to this policy.
Our motto: CLARITY is KINDNESS when it comes to discussing germs. Please get ahead of alerting us so you don't lose access to our system in the future.
Sick Care Coverage
We provide care for most common contagious illnesses — including flu, RSV, strep throat, conjunctivitis (pink eye), hand-foot-and-mouth disease, and stomach bugs — as long as:
➡ The illness is disclosed in advance.
➡ The caregiver is provided with proper supplies for infection control.
➡ Our caregivers have been informed of the germs and have consented to being comfortable caring for your children.
Bookings involving a fever (101.0°F or higher) or symptoms of a confirmed contagious illness are billed at a hazard rate of $40/hour. Our standard hourly rate ($25–$30/hour) applies to all other care.
Illnesses We Cannot Accommodate
For the safety of our caregivers and their other client families, we are unable to provide care for children currently showing symptoms of, or diagnosed with:
Confirmed COVID-19 (yes, it's still a thing)
Chickenpox (no-brainer)
Measles (also a no-brainer)
Mumps
Rubella
Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
If a child is diagnosed with one of these illnesses after a booking has been confirmed, please contact us immediately so we can review the care plan with the assigned caregiver.
Overnight Care Policy
Overnight care is available upon request and subject to caregiver availability. The overnight rate is $150 per night, covering up to 8 consecutive sleeping hours during which the caregiver is present and available on-site. Sleeping hours begin when the child is in bed for the night (based on their usual schedule).
If the child is awake and requires care before or after sleeping hours, those active caregiving hours will be billed in addition to the overnight rate at the agreed-upon hourly rate (typically $25–$30/hour, depending on the caregiver).
For younger children who may require more frequent attention throughout the night, overnight care may be billed entirely at the caregiver’s standard hourly rate.

Complete our comprehensive profile detailing your family's unique needs, care preferences, and lifestyle requirements. This confidential brief helps us understand your specific situation—whether you're a surgeon needing variable coverage, an executive managing occasional cross-country commutes, or a single parent household needing a secure back-up option when sickness strikes.
2. Qualification & Welcome
Our team reviews each Family Form carefully. We thoughtfully curate our network to maintain the highest standards for both families and caregivers. Once we look through your form, we'll reach out to schedule a call to run through any questions you may have. If you'd like to move forward, we'll send startup documents and book out a 30 minute call with our Placement Director and Client Concierge.
3. Network Access Activation
Once welcomed to the network, you'll gain immediate access to our carefully vetted pool of professional caregivers- and our INCREDIBLE solutions-focused Client Concierge- whose eye for detail is unmatched. Each candidate has undergone our rigorous screening process and maintains the credentials needed to support high-achieving families. They have a great working relationship with our agency and many have even worked within our founder's home.
4. Seamless Booking Process
Request care through our Client Concierge whenever needs arise. Whether it's covering an unexpected board meeting, supporting a last minute weekend need, providing nanny coverage while your nanny is having a sick day, or providing care during a destination wedding, our network stands ready to support you in your parenting journey.
