Placement Fees
We charge a $500 retainer fee to begin the placement process, plus a one-time placement fee of 20% of your caregiver's first-year annual salary upon successful placement.

This non-refundable fee is collected when you begin working with us.
$8,000 minimum placement fee
Applicable to all part-time and full-time placements, as stipulated in the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Backup & Temporary Care Cost in Fuquay-Varina, NC
For families in Fuquay-Varina, backup care runs through our annual membership: $350 a year, a $40 referral fee per booking day, and $25 to $30 an hour paid directly to the caregiver. It's built for the days your regular nanny is out sick, a meeting runs long, or a trip comes up on short notice.
