Our fee reflects what we actually do. Not just the match itself, but everything that happens before we ever say a name to you.

Every candidate in our network has completed multiple interviews with our placement team, provided three references that we've verified by phone, and will undergo a comprehensive federal background check. Fewer than 4% of nanny applicants make it through that process.

When you work with Triangle Nannies, you're not paying to browse a database. You're paying for 15 years of experience, a local network we've spent over a decade building, and a team that stays involved through the offer, the start date, and beyond.
