Rates climbed quickly in 2020 and 2021 as the childcare landscape shifted, then began to level out as the market found its footing again. A few nanny pay surveys have circulated throughout the industry since then, but even the most recent are now a couple of years old. It’s time for a fresh look at what nannies are actually earning here in the Triangle today.
