Step 3: The Search & Curated Portfolios

Using the insights gathered from our consultation, we craft a candid and highly personalized job description that captures the true spirit of your home. Then, we apply our "4% Filter".

Every candidate in our network has already passed an exhaustive vetting process, which includes national and state criminal background checks, driving record verification, social media screening, and voice verification of three professional references using a rigorous 25+ question transcript.

We remove the administrative burden by coordinating and scheduling interviews with your top choices, typically starting with a virtual video chat followed by a more extensive in-person meeting.

To ensure you feel confident, we provide comprehensive interview guides and expert tips. We also highly encourage families to arrange a trial day or share a meal with their favorite candidate to see how they naturally interact with the children and the household.
